FAQ
Does clockin fulfil the requirements for mandatory time recording?
Yes. clockin records working times in accordance with the ECJ requirement and the BAG ruling of September 2022. At the same time, clockin guarantees transparent insight into employees' working hours via the employee self-service.
How do I convince non-tech-savvy employees to use clockin?
clockin was deliberately developed and tested together with tradespeople and other practitioners who do not use a smartphone in everyday life. Our experience has shown: Since the use of our app requires no training and is intuitive to use, even non-technical employees have no problems using the app.
Does every one of my employees need a smartphone for time recording?
No. Using the column function, one device per team is sufficient. The supervisor can then use it to clock in for the entire team.
