Does every employee need a smartphone for time recording?
No. Using the column function, one device per team is sufficient. The supervisor can then use it to clock in for the entire team.

How can I ensure that my employees are not cheating on me?
We have set up various security mechanisms to ensure the accuracy of the recorded working times. In addition to GPS time recording, which you should definitely discuss with your employees in advance, you will be notified by us of any anomalies that indicate an attempt to cheat.
